Welcome
The proposed project is a mixed-use development consistent with the Imagine Muskegon and the Downtown Muskegon Development Corporation’s objectives.
The three buildings, the Muskegon Savings Bank, the Century
Club, and what was known most recently as the Daniels
Building were saved by city and community leaders as a
remnant of historic downtown Muskegon when the old Muskegon
Mall was razed in 2004. The Century Club was built in
1889. The Daniels Building was built by L.G. Mason in
1890-91 as the Russell Block building. The Muskegon Savings
Bank building was constructed in 1908.
